Age is but a number

A wrinkle and a scar

Revealed through years of searching

While looking at the stars.

Age is but a teacher

A universe concealed

Sown seeds of lived encounters

We harvest what’s revealed.

Age is but a moment

Here and now, once more

Rememberings and teachings

Of loves' pursuit and scorn.

Age is to the ageless

Who sees with eagle’s eye

Transcending all resistance

To Spirit’s call inside.
